AI, Friend or Foe or just a very useful tool?

With AI development moving forward at a rate that far exceeds the pace of expected development, have we opened up Pandoras box that could see the likes of Skynet from the Terminator series becoming a reality? Or is it simply a tool that can benefit mankind. I'm not going to go into all the doom and gloom aspects now, instead I want to focus on it as a tool.

By now you all must have heard about or have tried Chat GTP, and if you haven't you should check it out. ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI and launched on November 30, 2022. It is notable for enabling users to refine and steer a conversation towards a desired length, format, style, level of detail, and language used.

What does this mean?

Unlike being just a search engine like Google that will give you links to your search that you then need to navigate until you get the desired answer or result. ChatGTP will answer your specific question, more than that you can ask a series of progressive questions and it will continue instead of starting the search all over again like Google.

Currently the people getting the most out of Chat GTP are developers due to the fact that it can not only write its own code but will correct your code if you are having issues.

If you are having writers block or want some ideas for editorial just punch in a few details and you will get a few options to use. If you haven't tried it yet, I would seriously recommend that you do...AI looks like it is here to stay.
